Elementary as well as the Junior High School, and the Senior High School Levels. At the HFLA, our students are exposed to curricular as well as co-curricular learning activities that facilitate their learning, growth, maturing in the positive human factor qualities, and above all, they are exposed to leadership development. They are guided and encouraged to hone the qualities they must possess in order to successfully serve as honest and compassionate leaders—regardless of wherever they find themselves. Our goal is that when they enter into their leadership roles, they will not necessarily require any others to either look over their shoulders or monitor them in order to perform as well as expected of them. It is our long term hope that when we do our work well, our graduates from the HFLA will be guided and driven by the dictates of the universal principles. In addition to our Flagship Transformational Development Education (TDE) Program, we also engage in International Academic Conferences, Seminars, Professional Leadership Training Programs, and International Development Studies (IDS) Discussion Sessions.
